Suretyship insurance leader in Spain for the fourth year in a row

Once again this year, the company MIC Insurance – Millennium leads the premium volume ranking corresponding to 2016 in surety, which is prepared annually by ICEA. This authority is responsible for the statistic service and studies about the insurance market in Spain and the classifications by entities and groups, which has been published on its website at the year end.

In 2016, MIC has issued 13.004.610, 42 € of suretyship premiums with a market share of 20.91%. With these values, the company consolidates its position as a leading company in the Surety market in Spain for the fourth year in a row surpassing credit and surety companies such as HCC, Axa, and Mapfre, according to the figures published by ICEA in the 2016 ranking of this class.

In terms of premiums, solvency and profits, MIC Insurance – Millennium is consolidated in the Spanish market, as it is reflected in the data provided by ICEA.
